INGREDIENTS
Grains
- 🍚 75g of cooked rice
Meat
- 🌠2 sausages, diced
Cheese / Dairy
- đź§€ 2 pieces of processed cheese, diced

- 2 bell peppers, halved

- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup

- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs

- 1 tsp olive oil

STEPS
Cut the bell peppers in half, remove seeds and stems, rinse lightly, and pat dry. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Dice the sausages and processed cheese into 5mm cubes. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil, place the bell peppers on it, and spread ketchup evenly inside each pepper. Fill each pepper with rice, sausage, and cheese.
Top each pepper with breadcrumbs and drizzle olive oil evenly. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven for 4–5 minutes until the ingredients are cooked through. Garnish with dried parsley before serving.
