INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🌠1 cup Johnsonville sausage, cut into bite-size pieces
- 🌠1 cup Churrasco sausage, scored
Condiments
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- đź’§ 1 tbsp water
Vegetables
- đź§„ 1 handful garlic cloves
Carbs
- 1 handful rice cakes
STEPS
Mix gochujang, ketchup, soy sauce, syrup, and water to create the sauce.
Cut Johnsonville sausage into bite-size pieces and score Churrasco sausage.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the sausages until golden brown. If rice cakes are frozen, add them to the pan as well.
Add garlic and rice cakes to the pan, stir-fry briefly, then pour in the sauce. Cook until the sauce is well absorbed.
Serve the sausage gangjeong on a plate and enjoy with beer.
