INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦐 10 shrimp with shells (180–200g)
Vegetables
- 12–15 boiled and peeled broad beans (80–100g)
- 🥬 3–4 shredded lettuce leaves
Seasoning
- Potato starch as needed
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sake
- 4 tbsp salad oil
Mayo Sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍅 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp condensed milk
- A pinch of doubanjiang
STEPS
Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails intact. Sprinkle with salt and sake, then coat lightly with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp and sauté until they curl and turn pink. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, lightly sauté the boiled and peeled broad beans for 1–2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, condensed milk, and doubanjiang to create the mayo sauce.
Combine the shrimp, broad beans, and mayo sauce in the pan. Toss gently to coat evenly.
Serve on a plate lined with shredded lettuce. Enjoy!
