Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen lima beans, cooked and drained
- 1 3/4 cups low-sodium corn
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) low-sodium tomatoes, broken up
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
