INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🐄 400g ground beef
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
Vegetables
- 🥒 3 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 🧅 1/2 cup diced onion
Condiments & Spices
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

STEPS
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix ground beef, beaten egg, diced onion, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
Bake meatballs for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
While meatballs bake, heat marinara sauce in a pan.
Steam or stir-fry zucchini noodles for 3-4 minutes.
