INGREDIENTS
Grain
- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Seafood
- 🦪 32.5g canned scallops
Vegetables
- 🥬 90g julienned daikon
- A pinch of chopped mitsuba
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp kombucha powder
Liquid
- đź’§ Water as needed
STEPS
Julienne the daikon and separate the scallop meat from the canned juice.
In the rice cooker, combine soaked rice, kombucha powder, scallop juice, and water up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Layer the daikon and scallops on top, then start the normal cooking cycle.
Once cooked, gently mix the rice and serve in bowls. Garnish with chopped mitsuba.
