INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
Seafood
- 🦪 80g boiled baby scallops
Vegetables
- 🥬 3 cabbage leaves, chopped
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 🧅 Chopped green onions, as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
STEPS
Chop cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice garlic thinly.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant, then add cabbage and stir-fry over medium heat until softened.
Add cooked rice to the pan, breaking it apart and mixing until coated with oil, then add scallops and stir-fry together.
Add butter, soy sauce, and salt and pepper to the pan, stirring well to combine.
Plate the fried rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
