INGREDIENTS

- 100g scallop mantle, cleaned
Vegetable
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§„ 1/3 tsp garlic paste
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut off both ends of the cucumber and julienne it.
Place scallop mantle in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and rub gently. Rinse with water to remove slime.
Boil water in a pot, add the scallop mantle, and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer to cold water to cool, then pat dry with paper towels. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Add cucumber and scallop mantle, then toss well.
