Egg
- 🥚 3 eggs

- 🧈 20g salted butter

- 1/3 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Crack eggs into a bowl and mix. Add canned scallop (including the liquid), salt, pepper, and soy sauce, then mix well.
Heat a frying pan with butter on high heat until melted but not browned. Quickly pour in the egg mixture and stir rapidly.
When semi-cooked, fold the omelette into a crescent shape. Flip and cook the other side for about 30 seconds. Plate and garnish with parsley.
