INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦪 6 baby scallops (100g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 2–3 frilly lettuce leaves
- 🍅 10 cherry tomatoes
- 🌿 4 basil leaves
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, sliced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Tear frilly lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Remove stems from cherry tomatoes. Halve baby scallops. Slice garlic thinly.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan, then add baby scallops and stir-fry.
Once scallops are cooked, add cherry tomatoes, sake, and salt and pepper. Stir-fry until tomatoes soften.
Tear basil leaves and add them to the pan along with fish sauce. Stir briefly and serve over frilly lettuce.
