INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦐 80g peeled shrimp
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🌽 150g corn, halved
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasonings
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili, to taste
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
STEPS
Cut the corn into thirds and then quarter each piece lengthwise. Slice the garlic in half, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Pat the peeled shrimp dry and cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, add olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt. Heat on low until fragrant. Add shrimp, octopus, and corn, and simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes until the shrimp changes color.
