INGREDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) warm rice
Seafood
- 🦐 200g seafood mix
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 leaves cabbage
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, thinly sliced
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 200ml water
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Thickener
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
STEPS
Defrost the seafood mix. Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces, julienne the carrot, and thinly slice the green onion diagonally.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cabbage, carrot, and green onion, and stir-fry until the vegetables soften.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, chicken stock powder, soy sauce, water, and ginger) along with the seafood mix. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, then add the cornstarch slurry (cornstarch mixed with water). Stir until the sauce thickens. Serve the mixture over warm rice.
