Vegetables

- š Canned Tomato 1 can
Liquids
- Coconut Milk 200ml
- Water 500ml
STEPS
Heat oil in a pot and sautƩ the onions until caramelized and sweet.
Add curry powder and lightly sautƩ until fragrant.
Add canned tomatoes and bring to a boil while stirring well.
Add coconut milk and water, then bring to a boil.
Add the seafood mix and simmer for a few minutes until cooked through.
