    • A pinch of parsley
  • Seasoning

    • 1/2 tsp of consomme
    • 1 tbsp of sake
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp of salt
    • A pinch of pepper
    • 💧 150ml of water

Mince the onion and slice the mushrooms.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add onion and sauté until soft. Add mushrooms and seafood mix, stir until coated with oil.

Add rice and stir for about 2 minutes until translucent. Add seasonings and water, bring to a boil, mix, and flatten the rice. Cover and cook on low heat for 12 minutes.

Increase heat to medium-high for 30 seconds until you hear crackling sounds, then turn off the heat and let it steam for 10 minutes.

Remove the lid, fluff the rice gently, and mix. Serve on a plate and garnish with parsley.
