INGREDIENTS
Grains
- 🍚 1 bowl (150g) cooked rice
Seafood
- 🦐 80g frozen seafood mix
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), minced
- 🍄 30g shimeji mushrooms
Oils
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Dairy
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 tsp consomme
Liquids
- 🥛 50cc milk
- 💧 50cc water
Garnish
- A dash of black pepper
- 🌿 A dash of chopped parsley
STEPS
Defrost the seafood mix and drain thoroughly.
Mince the onion and separate the shimeji mushrooms by hand.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add seafood mix and stir-fry until cooked. Add onion and mushrooms, sauté until softened. Add rice and seasonings, mix quickly, then cover and simmer on low heat for 4–5 minutes.
Add pizza cheese, cook until melted. Serve on a plate and garnish with black pepper and parsley.
