INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🦐 250g mixed seafood
- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 300g tteokbokki rice cakes
- 2/3 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 🍬 2/3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 5 tbsp water
- A pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Slice shiitake mushrooms and onion thinly. Cut green onion to match the length of rice cakes.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion until translucent.
Add rice cakes and seafood to the pan, stir-fry briefly, then add mushrooms and the prepared sauce.
Turn off the heat, drizzle sesame oil, and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
