INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍲 Soft tofu 1 block
- 🦐 Shrimp 100g (with shell)
- Clams 100g (pre-purged)
- 🥚 Egg 1 piece
Seasonings and Aromatics
- 🧄 Garlic 2 cloves (minced)
- Gochujang 1 tbsp
- 🍶 Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil 1 tbsp
- 🧅 Green onion 1 stalk (chopped)
Soup Base
- 💧 Water 400ml
- 🍗 Chicken bouillon powder 1 tsp
STEPS
Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté the garlic.
Add gochujang and stir-fry until aromatic.
Add water and chicken bouillon powder, then bring to a boil.
Add shrimp and clams, then cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Crumble the soft tofu with a spoon and add it to the pot.
Crack an egg into the center of the pot and simmer over low heat for about 2 minutes.
Sprinkle green onion on top to finish.
