INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 handful dried seaweed
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
- đź§… 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Soak dried seaweed in water for 10 minutes, then blanch in hot water.
Rinse the blanched seaweed in cold water and squeeze out excess water.
Thinly slice cucumber, carrot, and onion.
Mix chili powder, gochujang, oligosaccharide, vinegar, plum extract, and soy sauce in a bowl.
Add sesame oil and mix the salad thoroughly.
Plate the salad and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
