INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 handful dried seaweed
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot, julienned
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- A small amount of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- đź§… 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp minced garlic
STEPS
Soak 1 handful of dried seaweed in lukewarm water for 5 minutes.
Slice 1/2 cucumber into half-moon shapes, julienne a small amount of carrot, chop 1 tbsp green onion, and prepare 1/2 tsp minced garlic.
Blanch the soaked seaweed in boiling water for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then rinse with cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix the seaweed with the prepared seasonings and vegetables until evenly coated.
