INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 handful dried seaweed
- đź§… 1/2 onion
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A small amount of sesame seeds
STEPS
Soak dried seaweed in water for 20 minutes until softened.
While soaking the seaweed, chop onion, cucumber, and carrot into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Blanch the soaked seaweed in boiling water for 3 minutes to soften further.
Rinse the blanched seaweed in cold water and drain well using a colander.
Combine seaweed, chopped vegetables, and prepared sauce in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
Serve the seaweed salad as a refreshing and healthy side dish.
