INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 bag seri (Japanese parsley)
Seasoning
- To taste katsuobushi (bonito flakes)
Sauce
- 2 tsp mirin
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water
STEPS
Cut the roots off the seri and chop into 3cm pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse with water and drain.
Mix the sauce ingredients (mirin, soy sauce, and water) in a microwave-safe container and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds.
Combine the seri with the prepared sauce and mix well. Serve in a dish and sprinkle with katsuobushi.
