INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Fish
- 🐟 200g tuna (cut-off pieces)
Egg
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
Toppings
- Sufficient amount of shredded nori
- Sufficient amount of white sesame seeds
- 🧅 Sufficient amount of chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 A small amount of grated garlic
- 💧 2 tbsp water
STEPS
Mix the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and water) in a bowl. Add the tuna and coat evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
Serve cooked rice in bowls and sprinkle shredded nori on top. Place the marinated tuna on the rice, add egg yolks in the center, and garnish with white sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
