- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 🍅 5 large fresh tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 🧄 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 🥚 6 large eggs
- 4 pita bread rounds

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
