- 🍄 6 shiitake mushrooms

- 50g mentaiko
Condiment
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- đź§‚ A pinch of pepper
STEPS
Cut off the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and separate the caps and stems. Finely chop the stems.
Make a slit in the mentaiko and extract the contents.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mentaiko, chopped shiitake stems, and pepper.
Place the mixture on the inner side of the shiitake caps and bake in a toaster for about 5 minutes. Serve on a plate.
