INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍄 6 shiitake mushrooms
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g, oil-packed)
Condiments
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/2 tsp soy sauce
Cheese
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
Herbs
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
STEPS
Cut off the stems of the shiitake mushrooms.
Drain the tuna and mix it in a bowl with mayonnaise and soy sauce to make tuna mayonnaise.
Stuff the shiitake mushrooms evenly with the tuna mayonnaise mixture. Place them on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil, sprinkle grated cheese on top, and bake in a toaster oven for 4–5 minutes until golden brown.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
