INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack (100g) shimeji mushrooms
- 🌱 1/2 bag (100g) bean sprouts
Seasonings
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🍶 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut off the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into small clusters.
Place shimeji mushrooms, bean sprouts, and 2 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, sesame oil). Add the cooled vegetables and toss to combine.
