- 3 cups rice cakes
- 3 sheets fish cakes
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- đź’§ 600 ml water
- đź§€ Mozzarella cheese, as needed
STEPS
Mix the seasoning ingredients into the water in a pot.
Add rice cakes and fish cakes to the pot and bring to a boil.
Simmer on high heat for 10 minutes after the broth starts boiling.
Add black pepper and top with mozzarella cheese. Cover the lid and cook until the cheese melts.
Adjust the seasoning to taste and serve hot.
