INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
- 🍗 150g ground chicken
- 50g fresh ginger, julienned
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
- 2 shiso leaves
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- đź§‚ 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
STEPS
Peel the fresh ginger with a knife and julienne it.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the ginger and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add ground chicken to the pan and cook over medium-low heat, breaking it apart until the color changes.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, miso) and simmer until the liquid reduces and thickens.
Serve cooked rice in a bowl, top with the meat soboro, shredded shiso leaves, and place an egg yolk in the center.
