INGREDIENTS
Bread
- 🍞 2 slices of bread (6-slice loaf)
Seafood
- 40g dried shirasu
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- 2 green peppers, thinly sliced
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp miso
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- đź§‚ A pinch of pepper
STEPS
Chop the green onion into small pieces. Remove seeds and stems from the green peppers and slice them thinly.
In a bowl, mix the miso, mayonnaise, and green onion to create the green onion miso paste.
Make a small indentation in the center of each bread slice. Spread the green onion miso paste evenly over the bread, avoiding the indentation. Top with half the green peppers and shirasu on each slice.
Crack one egg into the indentation of each bread slice. Toast in a toaster oven for 8–10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the egg is cooked to your preference.
