INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 bag (180g) komatsuna
Seafood
- 3 tbsp dried shirasu
Condiments
- 1 1/2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
Seasoning
- 1 packet (4g) bonito flakes
STEPS
Trim the root ends of the komatsuna and make a cross-cut at the base. Wash thoroughly in a bowl of water.
Cut the komatsuna into 3cm wide pieces.
Place the komatsuna and 1 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse under cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
