INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 150g minced pork
Main Ingredient
- 1 bag (200g) shirataki noodles
Vegetables
- 1/2 stalk (50g) celery
- đź§… 1/4 onion (50g), chopped
- 30g cilantro
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
Garnish
- 🍋 2 lemon wedges
Dressing
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 tsp chili paste
STEPS
Boil shirataki noodles for 2–3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and cook minced pork until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Chop celery, onion, and cilantro. Mix them in a large bowl with the cooked pork and shirataki noodles.
Prepare the dressing by mixing sugar, fish sauce, lemon juice, and chili paste in a small bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
Garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
