INGREDIENTS

- 1 bag shirataki noodles
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced

- 1 piece mentaiko, crumbled

- 1.5 tbsp concentrated noodle sauce
STEPS
Thinly slice the bell pepper. Cut shirataki noodles into manageable lengths. Make a slit in the mentaiko skin and crumble the flesh.
Boil water in a pot, cook shirataki noodles for about 2 minutes, then add the bell pepper and cook for another 30 seconds. Drain and rinse under cold water, then remove excess moisture.
In a bowl, mix the crumbled mentaiko with the noodle sauce. Add the cooked shirataki and bell pepper, mix well, and serve.
