INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Vegetables
- 20 shiso leaves
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna in water (70g)
Condiments
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp pasta cooking water
STEPS
Cut off the stems of shiso leaves and slice them thinly. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Boil water in a pot, add salt and spaghetti, and cook slightly shorter than the package instructions. Reserve 2 tbsp of pasta water and drain the spaghetti.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add spaghetti, tuna, and seasonings, then stir-fry over medium heat. Add shiso leaves and stir briefly.
