- š¤ 80g peeled shrimp

- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme
STEPS
Remove the vein from the shrimp. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than the package instructions. Drain the water.
Heat butter in a frying pan, add avocado and mash while sautƩing over medium heat.
Gradually add milk to the avocado mixture, stirring to combine. Once it comes to a boil, add shrimp and seasonings. Cook until shrimp are fully cooked, then add spaghetti and toss to coat.
