INGREDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked white rice
Protein
- 🦐 14 frozen peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 2 green leaf lettuce leaves
- 🥦 60g broccoli florets
- 🍅 1/2 tomato, quartered
- 🥑 1 avocado, sliced
Aurora Sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp honey
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
STEPS
Defrost the shrimp under running water.
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces, quarter the tomato, and slice the avocado after removing the pit and peeling.
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, honey, and lemon juice in a container to make the Aurora sauce.
Boil water in a pot, cook broccoli for about 1 minute until vibrant, then drain and cool.
In the same pot, cook shrimp until they turn white, then drain.
Serve cooked rice in bowls, layer with torn green leaf lettuce, tomato, avocado, broccoli, and shrimp, then drizzle with Aurora sauce.
