INGREDIENTS
Bread
- 🥖 1/2 baguette
Seafood
- 🍤 6 boiled shrimp (90g)
Vegetables
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥬 3–4 frilly lettuce leaves
Condiments
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧀 1 1/2 tbsp grated cheese
STEPS
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and mash it in a bowl. Add the condiments (mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, grated cheese, salt, and pepper) and mix well.
Slice the onion thinly and soak it in water for 5 minutes. Drain well.
Slice the baguette horizontally and spread salted butter on the inside.
Layer the baguette with lettuce, onion, shrimp, and avocado mixture. Cut into manageable portions.
