INGREDIENTS
Vegetable
- 60g fresh okara
- 100g bean sprouts
- 50g chives, chopped
Seafood
- š¦ 100g peeled frozen shrimp
Condiments
- š§ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2/3 tbsp curry powder
- š§ 1/3 tsp salt
STEPS
Wash the shrimp and remove the vein.
Cut the chives into 3cm lengths.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the shrimp until the color changes.
Add bean sprouts, chives, and grated garlic to the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add okara and stir-fry while breaking it apart evenly.
Sprinkle sake, curry powder, and salt, then stir-fry to combine.
