INGREDIENTS

- 🍚 1 cup of rice

- 🦐 200g of shrimp
Dairy
- 🧀 1 cup of grated cheese
- 🥛 2 cups of milk

- 🍄 1 cup of chopped mushrooms
- 🧂 1 teaspoon of salt
- A pinch of ground pepper
STEPS
Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
Peel, clean the shrimp thoroughly, and remove excess water.
Put some butter in the pan, fry lightly, then add chopped mushrooms and sauté until soft.
Add the rice and mix well with the mushrooms while sautéing.
Pour milk gradually, stirring continuously until the rice becomes soft.
Add shrimp and stir until cooked through.
Finally, add cheese and mix well until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
