- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom (40g)
Oil
- 150cc olive oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sliced chili
Aromatics
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
STEPS
Cut the king oyster mushroom in half lengthwise, then slice thinly at an angle. Halve the garlic, remove the core, and crush it with the side of a knife.
Pat the peeled shrimp dry to remove excess moisture.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili over low heat until fragrant. Add the shrimp and mushrooms, and simmer for 3–5 minutes until cooked through.
