INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- Chopped parsley, as needed
Seafood
- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
Dairy
- 🧈 15g salted butter
- 🥛 300ml milk
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
Pantry
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp consomme powder
- 🍞 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
STEPS
Slice the king oyster mushrooms and onion into thin pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the shrimp, and cook until they turn white. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, melt the butter, then add the onion and mushrooms. Sauté until softened. Sprinkle in the flour and cook until the flour is no longer raw.
Gradually add the milk while stirring. Once the mixture thickens, add the cooked shrimp, salt, pepper, and consomme powder. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a heatproof dish, top with pizza cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake in a toaster oven until the breadcrumbs are golden brown. Garnish with parsley before serving.
