INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦐 80g peeled shrimp
- 🐙 80g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves
Other Ingredients
- 2 tbsp tempura flakes
Batter
- 30g all-purpose flour
- 💧 300cc water
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
STEPS
Chop the cabbage roughly.
Chop the peeled shrimp and boiled octopus roughly.
In a bowl, mix the batter ingredients (flour, water, Worcestershire sauce). Add the cabbage, shrimp, octopus, and tempura flakes, then mix gently.
Heat a hot plate with salad oil spread thinly. Add the mixture and stir-fry until the cabbage softens.
Create a well with the stir-fried ingredients, pour the batter into the center in 2-3 portions, and mix until thickened.
Spread the mixture thinly and cook to your preferred doneness.
