INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦐 8 peeled shrimp (120g)
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), julienned
- 🌿 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauces
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
STEPS
Julienne the potatoes and soak them in water to remove excess starch. Drain and dry. Chop cilantro into 3cm pieces.
Remove the vein from the shrimp, rinse under water, and pat dry.
Mix all the sauce ingredients (sugar, fish sauce, oyster sauce, lemon juice, chili powder) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add potatoes and garlic, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until they turn pink.
Pour the sauce into the pan and stir-fry until evenly coated.
Plate the stir-fry and garnish with chopped cilantro.
