INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🍤 150g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 20g mizuna greens
- đź§„ 1 clove minced garlic
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sliced red chili
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp salted kombu
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Liquid
- 4 tbsp reserved pasta water
STEPS
Cut mizuna into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.
Clean the shrimp by removing the shell and vein, then rinse and pat dry.
Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Reserve 4 tbsp of pasta water and drain.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add shrimp and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add spaghetti, reserved pasta water, and seasoning ingredients (salted kombu, salt, pepper) to the pan. Stir-fry until well combined.
Plate the pasta and garnish with mizuna greens.
