INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- š¦ 150g shrimp, peeled and deveined
Vegetables
- 5g dried wood ear mushrooms, rehydrated
- š„¬ 1/4 head cabbage, chopped
- š§ 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- š§ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Prepare the shrimp by peeling, deveining, and patting dry. Marinate with 1 tsp sake for 5 minutes, then pat dry again.
Rehydrate the dried wood ear mushrooms and trim off any tough parts.
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan and sautƩ the garlic until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook until they change color, then remove from the pan.
Add the remaining vegetable oil to the pan and stir-fry the cabbage and wood ear mushrooms.
Once the cabbage softens, return the shrimp to the pan and add the seasoning mix (sake, salt, and pepper). Stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
