INGREDIENTS

- 🍤 350g shrimp, deveined
Fruit
- 🍋 1 lemon, juiced and sliced
Alcohol
- 1 tbsp sake
Sauce
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp minced garlic
STEPS
Cut the lemon in half, slice two thin pieces, and juice the rest. Strain the lemon juice.
Remove the vein from the shrimp using a toothpick, rinse under water, and pat dry.
Boil water in a pot, add 1 tbsp of lemon juice and sake, then cook the shrimp for 3 minutes over medium heat. Drain and let cool before peeling.
Mix ketchup, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and 1 tbsp of lemon juice in a bowl to make the cocktail sauce.
Serve the shrimp with cocktail sauce and garnish with lemon slices.
