INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- š¦ 8 shrimp (120g), peeled and deveined
Vegetables
- š„ 2 potatoes (300g), peeled and grated
- šæ 20g cilantro, chopped
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- Sweet chili sauce, as needed
Seasoning
- 2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 1 tsp sake
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
STEPS
Peel and grate the potatoes. Chop the cilantro into 3cm pieces.
Peel and devein the shrimp. Chop half into small pieces and mash until sticky. Cut the remaining shrimp into quarters.
In a bowl, mix grated potatoes, shrimp, chicken broth powder, sake, cornstarch, and cilantro until combined.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Spread the batter evenly and cook until golden brown on both sides. Cut into pieces and serve with sweet chili sauce.
