INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🍤 14 cocktail shrimp
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, diced
- đź§… A small amount of chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
STEPS
Wash the frozen cocktail shrimp and remove excess water. Dice the carrot and chop the green onion.
Beat 3 eggs in a bowl until well mixed.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the green onion to make scallion oil. Add the diced carrot and stir-fry until softened.
Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and pour in the beaten eggs. Cook until scrambled.
Add the shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until fully cooked.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the other ingredients.
Add 1 tbsp of oyster sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the shrimp fried rice on a plate and garnish as desired.
