INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
Meat
- 150g ground chicken
Vegetables
- 🥬 6 lettuce leaves
- đź§… 1/4 onion, minced
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tsp potato starch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- đź’§ 100ml water
- 1 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Place lettuce leaves on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Rinse with water, cool, and pat dry.
If needed, remove the shrimp's vein and chop roughly. Mash with a knife.
Mix all sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, salt, dashi powder, water, ginger) in a container.
In a bowl, combine shrimp, ground chicken, minced onion, salt, pepper, and potato starch. Mix until sticky.
Divide the mixture into 6 portions, place on lettuce leaves, and wrap tightly. Arrange seam-side down on a microwave-safe plate, pour sauce over, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 7 minutes.
