INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🍤 50g peeled shrimp
- As needed salad oil
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 2 tsp mirin
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the ☆ seasonings (sake, mirin, salt, and pepper), and mix well.
Place the peeled shrimp and 1 tsp sake in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Let it cool slightly and mix with mayonnaise.
Heat a tamagoyaki pan with salad oil, then remove excess oil with a paper towel.
Pour 1/3 of the egg mixture into the pan, add the shrimp mayo mixture, and roll from the front to the back. Repeat with the remaining egg mixture in two more batches.
