    • 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), diced
    • 1 green bell pepper (30g), diced
    • 🥕 40g carrot, diced
    • 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced

    • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
    • 🧈 10g salted butter
  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
    • Pinch of black pepper
    • 1/2 tsp consomme powder

Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp.

Dice the onion, bell pepper, and carrot into 5mm cubes. Mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil and half the butter (5g) in a pan over low heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add onion and carrot, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

Add shrimp and stir-fry until the color changes. Add cooked rice and stir to break up any clumps.

Add the remaining butter (5g), seasonings (salt, pepper, consomme), and diced bell pepper. Stir-fry until well combined.
